Seller’s Guide

Below is a brief guideline of our selling process to ensure you are confident every step of the way.

  1. Meet With Agent- It is important to sit down with your REALTOR®  to determine your financial goals and desires, property condition, and asking price.  You will be provided a detail Market Analysis for listing price recommendations.
  2. Prepping the Home- We will discuss any potential repairs, upgrades or staging to be completed before listing your home.   Once the home is ready for listing, we have professional photos taken of the property.
  3. Listing & Marketing- Now that your home is listed, I will market the property online, with other local REALTORS® , and place yard signs (if allowed).  All requested viewings will be coordinated accordingly.
  4. Offers & Negotiation- You will be presented with any offers.  As your licensed REALTOR® , I will draft and present all on your behalf in efforts to securing your future home.
  5. Inspection & Appraisal- A Property Inspection will be ordered by the buyer to make sure that the home is in the condition for which it appears. If the buyer is applying for a loan, the bank will request an appraisal to confirm that the home is worth the loan amount.
  6. Congratulations! You are now at closing. Closing is the final step in the selling process. On the day of closing, both parties sign documents, funds are dispersed, and property ownership is formally transferred to the buyer.
