Tish is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She was our realtor and property manager while we rented our condo, and always took care of us and the tenant promptly and professionally. When we expressed our wish to sell the condo, that's when she really showed us her skills. Tish was able to take pictures of the condo, post them online and list the condo quickly, before we knew it, the condo was being shown frequently and the offers started to come in. At every step, Tish kept us up to date on the showings, she put us in touch with a title company, and made the whole process easy and painless. She delt with all the offers and counteroffers from the people interested, she always was there to answer our questions about the specific jargon used in contracts, and advised us on what would be best for us when contingency documents would be submitted. With Tish, I felt like we were always being taken care of, our condo would sell for the right price, our wishes were heard and even though we were not physically in the State of Florida, the whole process was done professionally, quickly and painlessly. Tish was a pleasure to talk to on the phone, her eagerness to help us sell the condo was as strong as ours. Tish was wonderful in every way, patient,as well as strong willed when she needed to be. I would work with Tish again and would recommend her to anybody who is looking for a realtor that can get things done.

The service was exemplary and handled in a highly professional manner. This covered all the services we needed including: selection and screening of tenants, collection and timely payment of rents, regular and accurate reporting and occasional repairs.

I have been a tenant of Winbrow for 6 months now (5240 SW 90th way unit 2). I have to say that this is a property management company like no other. The property manager Tish is not only exceptional at her job, but she takes the time to get to know her tenants. She is well coordinated and has a resource for all of her tenants needs. With most issues getting fix within 24 hours. The maintenance manager Kevin is great at keeping the property clean and well kept. He is very courteous and having him in my home to work on something is as comfortable as having a friend over. He is a top of the line handyman and very skilled. I can't say enough about the team that is Winbrow. This is my home and its thanks to the people at Winbrow.
